Accessibility statement

The Simpixy website and platform (the “Business”) place the highest importance on equal, respectful, and accessible service for all customers and site users, including people with disabilities.

We believe the internet and digital environment should be available and accessible to everyone. Resources have been invested to make the site and digital environment easier to use for people with disabilities, based on the principle that every person has the right to live with equality, comfort, and independence.

Accessibility adjustments on this site were made in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and regulations under it.

Accessibility adjustments implemented

As part of making the site accessible, the following components and adjustments were implemented:

Limitations and areas that may not be fully accessible

We make ongoing efforts to keep the site and its parts fully accessible at all times. Still, some components may not yet be fully accessible, or the technology to make them accessible may not be under our control or available in the market.

Content uploaded by photographers or guests (photos, text, custom colors) may be less accessible. We provide accessible infrastructure, including image description fields on photographer sites, while content quality depends on the content author.
