Simpixy was created by Rami Pazhar, a photographer and developer who got tired of clunky gallery platforms. After years of delivering photos to clients, he wanted something simpler, faster, and more beautiful - so he built it himself. Yes. Galleries are designed to make viewing and downloading simple for clients on desktop and mobile.
Do clients need an account?
No. In most cases, clients can access galleries through a private link without creating an account.
Will Simpixy use my photos for any purpose?
Absolutely not. Your photos remain 100% yours. Simpixy never uses, shares, or displays your uploaded photos for any purpose other than delivering them to your clients. We respect your intellectual property and creative work.
How are my photos stored and protected?
Your photos are stored securely using enterprise-grade encryption and security protocols. Our servers are protected with multiple layers of security, regular backups, and industry-standard data protection measures to ensure your work is always safe.
Can I set my own passwords for galleries?
Yes, you have full control over gallery passwords. You can set unique passwords for each gallery, and these passwords are only visible to you as the photographer. Only you and our technical support team (when assistance is needed) can see these passwords.
Can I create a photography website too?
Yes. Simpixy includes a simple portfolio website feature so you can showcase your work alongside your client galleries.

Are there any hidden charges with the free plan?
No, absolutely not. The free plan is completely free with no hidden charges, fees, or surprise costs at any stage. You can create galleries, upload photos, and share them with clients without ever paying anything. Upgrading to premium plans is entirely optional and only when you need additional features or storage.
What happens to my photos if I cancel my subscription?
Your photos remain safe and accessible. We provide a grace period for you to download all your content before account closure. We never delete your photos without giving you ample time and multiple notifications to retrieve your work.
